We provide tailored automation services through a subscription model. Subscribers can submit unlimited requests, with one active automation built at a time. Automations are designed based on your business needs and workflows.

2. Subscription & Payments

• • The subscription is billed monthly at $620 via Paystack.
• • You may pause or cancel at any time—no long-term contracts.
• • All charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Scope

• • Only one active automation will be worked on at a time.
• • We do not offer full software development, third-party tool tech support, or team training beyond automation walkthroughs.
• • Any work beyond standard automation may require a custom agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• • You agree to provide clear information, access to necessary tools, and timely feedback.
• • Any delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• • You own the rights to all automations built for your business.
• • We reserve the right to showcase anonymized examples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Support & Revisions

• • We provide ongoing support and maintenance for any automation built during your subscription.
• • Requests for changes or improvements will be added to your backlog and handled in the same "one at a time" flow.

7. Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality, stable automations, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from software bugs, third-party platform outages, or client misuse of automations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via email.
